What is the difference with this Program & 1:1 Coaching?
This is a self led program, meaning no check ins or feedback from me (the coach). You follow the program & videos that are already structured for you to help you lose weight.
What if I need Support?
Support is provided through the weekly educational videos so that you can learn & apply the methods along the way, while gaining knowledge & the tools you need so that you can empower yourself.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
The course will finish in the app, however you will have access to the videos for life to refer back on.
Or you can level up further & dive into 1:1 coaching where you gain a more personalised approach.
